The weekly South African jazz party at Old Plates Record Bar is a must see for Melbourne music fans. Every Wednesday, legendary drummer Brian Abrahams and his seven piece band bring deep grooves and spiritual jazz to Brunswick Street. Donation entry, two sets of jazz from 8-10:30pm, Ghanaian food available from 6:30 and Fitzroy’s best beer garden out the back.
